A little fun sewing project

I have turned my hand to a little sewing lately.  I have adapted a purse pattern and came up with this version, upcycling some old goodies along with some lovely new fabric.

One young lady was happy with this result, and I enjoyed the privilege of designing and sewing it.  The best part was seeing someone else happy.
